Someone’s catching hell for that.

It seems that, by (careless) accident, Zack Snyder’s Justice League used a symbol from the Halo games on Deathstroke’s sword.

Per PCGamesN, Twitter user Geoff Reeves posted some close ups on Deathstrokes’ costume, which is currently on display in Dallas Texas.

Hell, it even got a retweet via a degree of separation by Deathstroke’s actor Joe Manganiello.

Problem: that’s not Ra’s al Ghul’s symbol or the League of Assassins symbol. It’s actually a minimally modified symbol from Halo some guy used for his DC fanfiction posted to a wiki, which explains how it got so high up in the search results for “Ra’s al Ghul symbol” on Google image search.

As Bungie’s Christopher Barrett points out, he still has the original illustrator file from 20 years ago.

Hell, a comment on the fanwiki for the fic that presumably caused all of this pretty much sums it all up.

I can’t believe it either, ARZ100.
