YouTuber McSkillet Kills 2 In Lethal High-Speed Collision

Some people should not own supercars.

CS:GO YouTuber Treor “McSkillet” Heitmann has been identified as the driver in a collision that killed two on Thursday. The crash occurred on a San Diego freeway at about 4:30 pm. According to police, Heitmann’s McLaren 650s was traveling at 100 mph on the wrong side of the freeway when it collided with a Hyundai SUV. In addition to killing Heitmann, the crash also killed the SUV’s occupants: A 43-year-old woman and her 12-year-old daughter. The collision also involved 8 other vehicles, though none of those are reported as suffering fatalities.

Heitmann showed off the car to his viewers last December in a video:

Those comments, man.

Heitmann has also been connected to an incident that happened about half an hour before the collision. He apparently crashed his McLaren through an elementary school fence, before driving away at high speed. Luckily, no one was injured in the incident.

That incident, however offers a bit of insight into the reasons for Heitmann’s spree. In May this year, Valve dropped a Steam trade ban on him, mostly for the reasons he himself mentioned in the video above. Namely, his involvement in CS:Go skin gambling sites, including owning csgomagic.

The elementary school gate had a banner for their magnet program, titled STEAM. Meaning that, rather than, at the age of 18, deciding to reinvent himself after his ban put an end to his means of making money up until that point, he instead crashed into a school and killed two people in a high-speed collision. Because of a Steam trade ban. This is why it’s important to build character. It gives you something to fall back on, even when you’re a charisma void.

And, I’ve seen a lot of this in the recent emulation spats. These companies not only have the right to protect their IP, they’re all but required to do so. Steam isn’t responsible for his murder/suicide because they enforced their ToS. He is. And his eventual response to that ban was disgusting. And the number of people springing to his posthumous defense has also been disgusting. His last acts on this Earth were acting like a whiny bitch and killing innocent people, over a Steam trade ban. Fuck him.

Rest in Piss, McSkillet.
