Xbox One gets backwards compatibility this November

Xbox One Gamescom

We’ve known about the upcoming backwards compatibility for the Xbox One since E3 back in June (we covered in our video recap). Microsoft once again talked about the service during their Gamescom presentation, but with that came some new information that is sure to please fans.

On top of 100 games being made available through the service, all future Xbox 360 games that are digitally released through the Games With Gold promotion will also be available on Xbox One. Just pop in a listed Xbox 360 disc, or download a digital copy through the Games With Gold feature and get to playing.
