Universal Studios Japan Will Have a Final Fantasy Ride

It’s a limited time thing.

This January 19th, Universal Studios Japan will be gatting a Final Fantasy-themed ride. Dubbed Final Fantasy XR Ride, the ride is part of Universal Studios Japan’s Cool Japan Event. Which means, of course, that it’s only there for a little while. And there will be merch.

The ride will be there from January 19th to June 24th. It’s similar in form to Space Fantasy – The Ride (USJ’s replacement for the E.T. Adventure ride). As part of the Cool Japan event, it’s joined by other attractions based on Detective Conan/Case Closed, Monster Hunter, and Sailor Moon.
