They see me rollin’…
Toys R Us may, sadly, be on the way out, but there are at least a couple of surprises left in those once-magical stores. And an employee seems to have found one of the few remaining treasures, long lost under a shelf. A box for the legendary Mario Kart 64.
The box presumably fell there and remained, collecting dust, for two decades. And, despite the thick coat of dirt, it’s in spectacular condition, mostly as it hasn’t seen sun in 20 years. Sadly, it’s guaranteed to not have a fresh in box copy of Mario Kart 64; it was likely a display box, as Toys R Us notoriously kept their games locked in a separate room or cage back then. Ahh, memories. Having to take one of those tickets up to the counter.

Also, probably makes your Mom right retroactively; the floor was filthy and you shouldn’t have been playing around on it, and they never cleaned under the shelves.
