SQUARE ENIX and Original Fire Games today announced that the top-down racing game CIRCUIT SUPERSTARS, is coming to PS4 on January 27, 2022.
A competitive game with a charming edge; built by racing fans, for racing fans – CIRCUIT SUPERSTARS is already available for purchase on PC via Steam and Xbox One.
The game celebrates generations of multi-disciplinary motorsport, focusing on tactile driving that feels great – but also with a high skill ceiling, that will have players spending hours honing their perfect lap. Noisy Pixel hailed CIRCUIT SUPERSTARS to be a “…racer with depth that is both surprising and rewarding” while PC Invasion noted that the game is “Glowing with polish and attention to detail”. TheRace.com also celebrated CIRCUIT SUPERSTARS as a game “…packed with features that true motorsport fans will enjoy”.
PS4 racers will have the opportunity to cross-play with their friends playing on PC (via Steam) or Xbox and will have access to the garage of their dreams, packed with 12 vehicles ready to compete on any of the 19 different tracks available, set in 13 vibrant locations. Players can also enjoy a range of customizable liveries for both driver and cars, in addition to helmets and victory celebrations which can be unlocked by levelling up. There’s a racing style for everyone, with multiple motorsport disciplines represented in the game including Rallycross, Open Wheel Single-Seaters, Trucks, GT racing and plenty more free content to come in the future.
CIRCUIT SUPERSTARS for PS4 will be available on January 27, 2022. The game is also available now on PC (via Steam®) and Xbox One, also planned for release on the Nintendo Switch system in the second quarter of 2022.
