Time-bending ‘Reservoir Dogs: Bloody Days’ Video Game Has Launched

Big Star Games and Lionsgate launch innovative top-down action-strategy shooter for the 25th anniversary of iconic movie’s release.

Big Star Games, in partnership with Lionsgate, today launched the action-strategy shooter Reservoir Dogs: Bloody Days. Combining the tension of the cult-classic film with a “Time Rewind” gameplay mechanic, the title is now available for $14.99 via Steam. It is expected to arrive on video game consoles later this year.

In Reservoir Dogs: Bloody Days, players will discover a new level of action-shooter strategy by rewinding time to guide each Reservoir Dog through high-level tactical gameplay. Turning time back affords players a chance to realign strategies, save downed allies or conduct complex maneuvers to blast a bloody path through enemies and complete each heist. With no health packs and limited ammo, players will need to carefully execute their plans and steal as much as possible to make it through the game’s 18 levels.

“With Reservoir Dogs: Bloody Days, we wanted to pay respects to one of our favorite films of all time while offering something innovative with the license,” said Liam Patton, CEO, Big Star Games. “We created the ‘Time Rewind’ mechanic to let players toy with time just as Quentin Tarantino did, adding a new layer of strategy to top-down shooter games that will appeal to hardcore gamers and film fans alike.”
