You’ll never see it coming.

We knew that The DLC characters for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate had already been decided. But I think everyone expected it to be a bit longer before any reveals. So everyone got their Last Surprise at The Game Awards when a trailer for one of those said DLC characters cropped up.

Persona 5’s Joker is the first of these non-Pirhana-plant DLC characters. And, let’s be honest, the announcement trailer is pretty dang slick. Granted, there’s no game footage, but that really is announcing things in style.

There’s no announced date for the DLC yet. But say some gangsta is dissin’ your fly girl… you just give ‘im one of these:
