Can’t wait for Reed Richards to invent the wooden gun that stops Magneto again.
It’s been a while, but the Fantastic Four are making their way back to the page. Their new series, written by Dan Slott and Sara Pichelli will be ongoing. And it will feature the classic lineup: Mr. Fantastic, Invisible Woman, Human Torch, and The Thing. And it will dovetail with the currently running story featuring Human Torch and The Thing searching for a missing reed Richards and Sue Storm.
It’s not exactly certain what Marvel’s reasons for ending the previous series was, or what prompted them to bring it back. Pretty much everyone assumed that the spat between Marvel and 20th Century Fox was at the heart of the former, and the possible Disney/Fox merger may be behind the latter.

That said, in an interview (above) C.B. Cebulski mentions that the return of the Fantastic Four was years in the making. Which makes sense, as comic tend to be planned out way ahead of publication. Either way, Slott has plans for 55 issues at the least, so they’re committing to it.
