After reaching 50% in funding from the initial IndieGoGo this March, Dual Gear is still deep in development and has been focusing on working on key features, customization, and the new hangar mode. The current focus is on the customization system. DUAL GEAR will allow a player to build a unit with 5 a part structure (Main Camera, Cockpit, Arms, Legs, and Thrusters Pack).

The latest Closed-Alpha build has 26 parts and six standard weapons available. The player can obtain these parts during regular gameplay. The status of ‘Pilot’ and ‘Machine’ are now functioning in the current beta version. Each of the part specs will be affect your Mech setup in some way. Depending on the players choices, they can choose to build a fast and agile unit or steady one with less mobility.
