As a T-Mobile user this news brings a tear to my eye. The announcement from T-Mobile states that the mobile carrier will offer free unlimited date for one-year to players of Pokemon Go!
The promotion is open to all T-Mobile customers and starts on July 19th, so get ready to spend more time out training. Not only that, but the company is offering customers free Lyft rides up to $15 so they can get to a local gym PokeStop.
Oh, but that’s not all as T-Mobile will also be offering 50% discounts on various accessories like battery packs to keep trainer catching them all. And if that wasn’t enough the company is also offering a free Frosty from Wendy’s to cool of while on the hunt.
Part of the official statement reads:
“With the carriers’ shared data schemes, players could easily burn up the family’s data bucket – and then be hit with overages. At T-Mobile, we’re unleashing Pokemon Go so our customers can play free for a year.”
T-Mobile users can take part in this offer starting July 19 until August 9th.
