Super-Villains take center stage in latest Injustice 2 trailer

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and DC Entertainment today unveiled a new Injustice2 trailer; It’s Good to Be Bad, showcasing some of the DC Universe’s baddest Super-Villains, from Gorilla Grodd to Bane.

Players can get a glimpse of the fighting styles for some of the biggest Injustice 2 bad guys, and how they wreak havoc on their opponents.

We are really digging Captain Cold who plays the Sub Zero card really will. I’m sure NetherRealm felt right at home getting their hands on him! But he isn’t the only Flash villain to join the fight as Gorilla Grodd is also here, even if he feels strangely out-of-place. And I know who weird that sounds for a game about like this.

But that said, Bane looks most out-of-place with regards to his original character design. He seems far more Cyrax/Sektor inspired than anything I remember coming out of the comic books or films. Hell, he looked fine in the original Injustice, so this one is a bit odd.

The big shocker here is with Scarecrow, a character never know for throwing all that many punches. Choosing to rely on his fear toxin, he feels like a strange addition to what is beginning to feel like more of a Batman fighting game than anything. Guy looks like something out of Outlast than anything DC.
