The Nintendo Direct continues as we get news on the next big update for Super Mario Maker coming on March, 9th.

A number of new items with some much requested features are coming to spice up Super Mario Maker. Prepare to see a whole new set of YouTube videos from creators.

You will now be able to shake a Thwomp in the level editor to get access to those massive Skewers from Super Mario World. But more importantly players will now be able to use keys to unlock doors. These work as they did in Super Mario World and will allow levels to now have dedicated boss battles!
