STAR TREK TIMELINES is now available for download on the App Storeand Google Play. Timelines is a game we’ve been following closely for some time now, but we now finally get to download for ourselves and dive into the world of Star Trek. So many browser and mobile games in the Star Trek universe have crashed and burned over the years, so it’s good to see one make it out of the gate. Star Trek Timelines lets players command iconic starships, upgrade their weapons and systems, and engage in 3D ship-to-ship battles with a cinematic feel.
You will assemble a crew of your favorite characters from all eras of Star Trekand deploy them to resolve conflicts using their unique skills and abilities. Players can explore the galaxy, gaining influence among a dozen factions, including the Federation, the Maquis, the Dominion, and the Terran Empire (TOS: “Mirror, Mirror”). Timelines also feature some pretty stunning 3D graphics for a mobile game that look to create the most immersive and thrilling Star Trek experience ever available on mobile devices. Fingers crossed the game dosen’t nickel and dime us with those damn micro-transactions since it’s free to download.
I’m also of the mind of happily paying a few bucks for your game, as long as you let me beat it without spending more money on it. But what the hell do I know, as these F2P mobile games are raking in thousands every single day.
