The Nintendo Direct presentation today got of to a great start with the announcement of another game in the Star Fox series, Star Fox Guard. .

Star Fox Guard stars Slippy’s uncle Grippy (-_-) will see him controlling a security system. Enemies will try to rush through (like a tower defense game) and you’ll have to stop them. Players will also be able to create their up enemy layouts/patterns that they can upload online for other to play.

Star Fox Guard and Star Fox Zero launch on April 22  separately or as a bundle with Star Fox Zero.
