One Punch Man was one of the most refreshing anime’s in some some time. It tells the story of Saitama, an average man that disappears for a few years to train to become a superhero. During this time he becomes so powerful that he is capable of defeating any villain with only a single punch.
As season 1 progress he faced bigger and tougher monsters as he climbed the the official superhero ranking list with his cyborg pal. It’s all really silly, but still manages to tell a compelling story full of equal parts action and humor.

The first season came to an end December of 2015 and fans were agreeably anticipating a followup season to hit shortly after. While the show was massively popular, it took some six-months before animation studio Madhouse, and series creator ONE announced a second season.
We don’t have any details on release or what we can expect, but it just great to know that the series will be coming back.
