Publisher Great Idea Games proudly announced the release of their festive new visual novel, ‘Santa’s Big Sack’ today; not sure how that is a good idea, but what do I know.
Featuring a cavalcade of colorful Christmas characters, heartwarming holiday music, and chillingly thrilling gameplay, ‘Santa’s Big Sack’ promises to stuff gamers stockings with a gift unlike any other this holiday season.
“When Rudy Noel travels to the North Pole to become Santa’s new assistant, he figures he’ll be building toys, feeding reindeer, and fetching the fat man sugar cookies,” says developer Yule Logerton, describing the game’s plot. Oh, how I wish there was a developer actually named Yule Logerton. That would make my heart happy.
“Little does he expect to soon find himself responsible for the fate of Christmas itself, with a Krampus to battle, a snowman to snowmance, and a gaggle of troublemaking elves to contend with.” “Naughty or nice, the choice is in players’ hands,” continues Logerton.
“With branching paths, multiple endings, and custom variables, we wanted to give players as many options as possible when it came to how they wanted this gift to be received.”
Santa’s Big Sack launched worldwide on December 20th, for PC.
