Rocksteady have been taking things slow after a trio of successful Batman games, of which many consider not only to be the best Batman games of all time but one (Arkham City) to be in the picture when talking about best video games of all time.
So, it’s only reasonable to wonder what project the studio would pick up next. Many have linked Rocksteady with a potential Superman game, but now after five years since their last release the studio is ready to announce that their next title will be a Suicide Squad game.

While this might not be a Superman game itself, you can better believe that Man of Steel and even his Justice League friends will be making appearances considering the website “SuicideSquadKillTheJusticeLeague.com” was registered to a company close to Warner Bros., and, of course, the tweet the studio posted and a Suicide Squad target logo over the head of Superman.
The game will be formally announced at the DC FanDome virtual convention on August 22. Hopefully we get to see just what the studio has been plugging away at for the past few months and learn that we won’t have to wait very long to play the game.
