Playora lets you stream any online content directly to a Smart TV

Video games industry veterans, Matt Spall and Simon Jeffery have announced the formation of a new business; Invisiplay Limited, and the launch of their first product; Playora.
Initially, Playora is a free download for Windows PCs that allows a user to stream any online or offline content directly to their Smart TV over their home network.

The company says that currently, content delivery to Smart TV devices is inconsistent, not only across different TV brands, but also within ranges of manufacturers devices. Users have no ability to choose what their device supports, and some high profile app withdrawals from the market have left users with reduced functionality on their TVs.

By allowing the user to choose any existing online content and stream it to their TV, Playora completely removes the obstacle of app support and frees the user to watch whatever they want, whenever they want.

Playora is free to use and can be downloaded from http://www.playora.com today. No wires, no dongles, no set top boxes, simply a breakthrough piece of free downloadable software.

The release of Playora is the first of a number of stages of development for the product with new updates, features, and additional format support planned. Invisiplay expects to open a new round of investment shortly to take this forward effectively.

Thanks for letting me know about PLAYORA. Actually I bought smart tv recently so I didn’t completely aware of it’s features and apps.
