The 24th Overwatch hero has arrived to join the battle. Orisa is a robotic tank character that is sure to annoy lots of players very soon. She comes with a neat “Fortify” ability that protects her from being crowd-controlled.
She’s noted for being pretty low-mobility which places her as an “anchor” much in the same way Reinhardt is in the current layout. She also has a shield much in the same way old Rein-Rein does. This shield is about half the size of Winston’s bubble, but unlike his shield, Orisa’s can be placed on herself or somewhere else.
Orisia uses a projectile cannon known as a Fusion Driver as her primary weapon. This little beast can lay down sustained fire making it quite the killer, but it also will limit her movement making for an easier target. The alt-fire on the Fusion Driver shoots out a graviton charge much like Zarya’s ultimate, only much smaller in scale and scope.
Lastly, her ultimate is called “Supercharger” and is an item based ability that she drops much in the way Solider 76 does. But unlike his that heals players within it, Orisa’s offers up damage boosts to teammates within line-of-sight. This ultimate can be a deadly piece of kit of placed right in conjunction with a well-oiled team
