New Trapper Keeper line launches this September for tablets

The end of summer was always a tough time for a kid going back to school. Not so much about actually going back to school, although that did stink, but because trying to find a Trapper Keeper that both represents you and oozes style was a daunting task. While Trapper Keeper nowadays may not be the same status symbol as it was when I was a child (I still to this day have mine on the shelf) the people at Kensington are looking to change that.

Teaming up with Mead, the people that brought us the original Trapper Keeper, join forces to bring back a new range of Trapper Keepers. But, these aren’t your mother and fathers Trapper Keeper (Wow, typing that made me feel really old) as this teaming will produce a line of speciality cases that are designed for the tablets that all the kids have today (I do feel for teachers in this tech age as we only had the occasional GameBoy or Tiger portable to goof around with. And those were huge).

These Trapper Keepers will fit any 7-inch, 8-inch, an 10-inch tablet currently on the market. What’s even cooler is that these cases come in a very ’80s range of styles. With retro being in these cases are sure to delight a whole new generation of kids, while giving us adults one serious flashbacks. The entire range is priced between $25 to $30 so they are on point price wise with most cases on the market. These new Trapper Keepers begin shipping in September just in time for school.
