It’s so odd to see color and vibrancy in a DC cinematic movie

The first full trailer for Wonder Woman is here and it looks to be on the right track. The DC films have really missed the entire point of the comic universe since Synder took control of everything. He seems like a nice enough guy, but his main goal with all his films is to make film that are “cool”.

Wonder Woman does look to be cool, but because the director and writers seem to better understand the character than whatever those people did with Angryman and Superdick. What is fun is the WWI setting that mixes up the origin enough, while still making sense.

Gal Gadot also looks pretty great as Wonder Woman and her accent actually helps sell the Amazonian upbringing. This could still be panned by fans when it drops, but things look to be on track to finally break the DC movie curse.
