The Metronomicon “Almost Endless” Charity Marathon Reveals First Look at New Endless Mode!

Akupara Games hosting 12-hour charity stream Saturday, August 19th in support of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital

Akupara Games today revealed “Endless Mode” for the upcoming rhythm-RPG, The Metronomicon: Slay the Dance FloorUnlocked after completing the main story campaign, Endless Mode is a rogue-like challenge mode where you battle against an unlimited playlist of songs as the enemies’ levels slowly increase, and a variety of game modifiers get stacked against you.

Use and swap through your Heroes and all their skills to combat hero knockouts, equipment breaks, and even skill lockouts. Gain and spend Battle Points to empower your current run, or save them up to unlock permanent cross-mode rewards. The faster you go, and the more modifiers that are applied, the more points you’ll earn. However! Fail to defeat a song’s boss before it ends, and your run is over. Done. Failed. Back to start. Featuring its own leaderboard, Endless Mode is the ultimate challenge.

Akupara Games is partnering with multiple Twitch streamers on Saturday, August 19 to host a 12-hour charity stream to support St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Our partnered streamers will be featuring Endless Mode exclusively during this marathon and we encourage everyone to visit twitch.tv/akuparagames on Saturday from 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM PDT to help us raise money for children’s cancer research.
