We were all surprised and excited to hear that a Jem and the Holograms was happening, and even more shocked to find that it’s already started filming!

Not only that, but we now have the cast list, as well as a teaser poster to show.

The Hollywood Reporter broke the casting details:

Aubrey Peeples (Nashville) will play Jem

Stefanie Scott (A.N.T. Farm) is Jem’s sister Kimber

Aurora Perrineau (Pretty Little Liars) is Shana

Hayley Kiyoko (Lemonade Mouth) is Aja.

Jon M. Chu is directing from a script by Ryan Landels
