Here it goes again.
Remember how Sony announced that Morbius, The Living Vampire movie a while back? And how it was written by the guys that wrote one okay movie and like 3 box office bombs? Well, hold on to your ass, because Sony Pictures has cast Jared Leto as Morbius. Because the one thing no one has ever seemed to learn is that you don’t cast a method actor to play characters deeply entrenched in creepy shit.
Don’t get me wrong; Jared Leto’s a great actor and all. But casting him as The Joker led to on set antics the likes of which, I don’t know, probably shouldn’t have happened. I’m just waiting to hear about him sending castmates phials of blood, or grabbing random people on set to suck the life out of them.
Either way, production on Morbius, The Living Vampire will probably begin sometime later this year. It’ll definitely be coming after Venom and Spider-Man: Far From Home, though.
