Horizon Chase Turbo demo drops on PS4 and Steam

Free demo has more than 30min of content with a 30% discount on Steam version until next Tuesday.

Horizon Chase Turbo developer Aquiris Game Studio published a demo on Steam and PlayStation Store offering 30 minutes of free content:

  • 8 circuits.
  • 3 cars.
  • Multiplayer mode with split-screen for up to 4 players.
  • 2 Game Modes (World Tour and Tournament).

97% of the Steam players who reviewed the game loved it so far. To celebrate the fantastic reception, we decided to release this demo and also set a 30% discount on Steam until next Tuesday 23rd of October. Retrogamers have now the perfect reason to go invite their friends, order a pizza and have fun racing like in the 90s.

Horizon Chase Turbo is a homage to classic 16-bit racers that defined a generation of high-speed, frenetic arcade fun. The game ignites an instant blast of nostalgia with catchy contemporary chiptune music, split screen multiplayer and retro design with modern gameplay. Our composer and sound designer for the series is the Scottish Barry Leitch, who also created the soundtracks for the Top Gear, Lotus and Rush series of racing games.

The game main features include a deep and extensive single-player world tour campaign, intense tournaments, endurance challenges and more than 31 vehicles across 109 tracks, spanning real-world locations, such as China, Japan, Hawaii and more.
