Homefront: The Revolution story trailer drops

Homefront: The Revolution

Meet the leaders of the Philadelphia Resistance as we reveal the first details of the Homefront: The Revolution’s story.

As raw recruit Ethan Brady, you are plunged into a desperate struggle for freedom as the Resistance try to save the one man who can inspire the people to rise up – Benjamin Walker, the ‘Voice of Freedom’ himself.

What lengths will the Resistance go to to achieve their goals… and will the end ever justify the means?

Weaving state of the art performance capture into a 30 hour open world single-player campaign, Homefronts dark and brutal story telling will leave you reeling.

We will see what sort of impact Homefront: The Revolution has i the marketplace after the extremely disappointing public beta that the game had a little ways back. The game was glitchy, missing voices, boring, and failed to show of anything to get players excited.

With the likes of The Division and Rainbow Six, it may be a hard sell for Homefront: The Revolution to stake a claim on the online team-shooter thing, but at least it does have the single-player thing in its favor. Fingers crossed that the story can connect with players as the trailer just feels… flat.

Homefront: The Revolution will be released on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC on May 20th 2016
