Battle Royale Shooter H1Z1 went free to play recently. Specifically, one week after it launched for $20. Needless to say, many people that bought it are less than pleased:
This is not helped by the hard steer into the freemium model. There’s nearly $100 of DLC for the game. Still, it’s F2P now, so I’d give it a look. You never know whether something will catch on.
