Grand Theft Auto VI Has Been Leaked

Grand Theft Auto 6

Roll that clip.

Yes, it’s true. Grand Theft Auto VI has been leaked. But you don’t have to take my word for it. Noted hater of big breasts, Jason Schreier, has confirmed it.

The hacker, going by teapotuberhacker on the GTAForums, released a number of videos from the game. He also stated that he could “leak more data soon, GTA 5 and 6 source code and assets, GTA 6 testing build”, which is a big deal. He also provided “proof” when challenged:

Granted, the links to these files have since been removed, and anywhere you might find the video is likely in the process of getting DMCA’d as we speak, if it hasn’t already.

That said, teapotuberhacker claims to be behind the Uber systems hack earlier in the week. If true, he’s obviously skilled enough that getting this is plausible. It all seems to track, as he said that the files were taken from Rockstar’s internal Slack groups.

There’s no real word on what this means for the game’s development. It could range anywhere from Rockstar rolling with the punches, to tearing everything down. There’s no way to know at this point. And neither Rockstar nor Take-Two are talking.
