No, not you, princess.
You might have gathered that I’m not much of an Apple guy. But, if you’re still reading, be happy. Because Google’s promised iOS 11 jailbreak is here.
Ian Beer of Google’s Project Zero found an exploit in iOS 11.1.2. Granted, Apple patched this exploit December 2nd. But on Monday, Beer made good on his promise, releasing the details of the exploit for all the good little hackers. Which is also standard practice for Project Zero.
tfp0 should work for all devices, the PoC local kernel debugger only for those I have to test on (iPhone 7, 6s and iPod Touch 6G) but adding more support should be easy

Right now, the exploit is really only good for research purposes. But it will no doubt eventually turn into a full jailbreak once it’s been in the public’s hands for a while. While Beer only tested the exploit on iPhone 7, 6S, and iPod Touch 6G, he’s pretty sure it’ll work on iPhone X. Also, it apparently works with tvOS 11.x and Apple TV 4K so there’s that to keep in mind.
