His name actually is Shazam now.
It seems there’s a set photo floating around for Shazam! And it just so happens to be our first look at Zachary Levi in costume as the titular character. And it’s all thanks to Reddit-user vivaelsam.
Last week, David F. Sandberg (the film’s director) stated that if the suit had leaked, the official reveal would’ve happened sooner. Well, it’s happened now so it should only be a matter of time. Based on the limited amount you can see in the photos, it looks good, though. Zachary Levi really looks the part of Shazam! But the payoff will be the front of the suit; that’s where the devil’s in the details. We’ll just have to wait a bit longer for that.
And, while the movie seems to be set around Christmas, it won’t be out until April next year.
