Looks like Theatrhythm, plays like the actual game.
Final Fantasy XV is going mobile with Final Fantasy XV Pocket Edition.
It’s a mobile edition of the game redesigned and streamlined for touchscreen use. Hey, it’s definitely better than the hideous mismatched sprites they used for the mobile versions of V and VI. Pocket Edition features the full story of the original game, just presented in a slightly more cute and colorful way.
The game comes in ten different episodes and the first one is free. Oh, and all ten will be available at launch. Sounds like a good deal to me. Until I find out how they price it, at least.
But that’s not all. Square Enix is also releasing the original version of Final Fantasy XV for Windows with Final Fantasy XV Windows Edition (brilliant naming, eh?). According to the Steam page for the game, It’ll include support for the bleeding edge of display technology, as well. And, of course, the now obligatory bonus content.
Final Fantasy XV Windows Edition won’t be available until some time in early 2018. But Final Fantasy XV Pocket Edition will be released for mobile and Windows 10 sometime later this year.
