Cast your vote to get the chance to buy a limited edition copy
San Jose, CA – MonkeyPaw Games, Inc. and GAIJINWORKS, Inc are putting the power into the hands of players to decide the fate of a physical version of Class of Heroes 2G for the PlayStation 3 coming in Spring 2014.
For the next 30 days, a poll on www.gaijinworks.com gives dungeon crawling RPG fans the chance to cast their vote on more than who becomes class president. 7000 gamers will need to pledge their support to make the Class of Heroes 2G physical release a reality. If the goal is achieved, a presale will commence with the game’s release shortly thereafter.
The cost of the physical version is $39.99 + $4 for shipping ($10 for international). The package will entail a double-sided package cover insert, full color ink-scented manual, full color disk art and a serial numbered hologram attached to each game package.
This will be the only time a vote will be taken and only one production run of the physical game will ever be commissioned, making this one of the rarest PS3 releases ever.
No matter what version (physical or digital) players decide on, the North American exclusive dual-screen play feature will be included in the game. With a PSP or PlayStation Vita, players can control Class of Heroes 2G using their handheld device with a simple system link – no additional downloads needed. A video demonstrating the feature can be found on the GAIJINWORKS website.
Class of Heroes 2G is an epic dungeon crawling RPG uniquely set in the environment of an adventuring school, Crostini Academy of Adventuring Arts. Players can participate in almost 100 quests, encountering over 100 death-dealing Labyrinth maps teeming with 250 different monster types.
The PlayStation 3 version also exclusively features weather effects like snow and rain, new music, new boss monsters and a 10 level, 10 boss Challenge Labyrinth, the Dark Gate. If these Adventurers can escape an almost assured demise, they will find untold riches and fame to their name. First, these Adventurers must pass tests and learn new skills to escape an otherwise doomed fate.
