JOHN CENA rolls critical botch on [STEALTH]; everyone can see him.

So, apparently, John Cena made an error by referring to Taiwan as a country in the press tour leading up to the release of F9, the latest entry in the Fast & Furious franchise. And, well, China didn’t like that. So Cena made an apology video in Mandarin on Chinese social media site Weibo.

And nobody outside China seemed to like that.

And it didn’t seem to be drawn up by political lines. Ben Shapiro, Jim Sciutto, Keith Olbermann all commented on it. Notably, Arkansas senator Tom Cotton simply called his apology “pathetic“.

But it wasn’t just people known for politics that responded.
