Yes, Good Game will feature Game Grumps. Yes, it’s a Dan Harmon produced series about eSports. No, I’m not gonna shell out for YouTube Red, so this’ll probably be the last I talk about it.
Good Game, Produced by Dan Harmon and written by eSports Commentator Michele Morrow and Jesse “Don’t Ask Me If Traps Are Gay” Cox, is about eSports. In a sort of Silicon Valley way. Not!Arin and Not!Danny assemble and lead a ragtag group of gamers to the top of the eSports scene. The trailer really hits the nail on the head with Danny’s line, here, in case you’re wondering why this article reads this way. So maybe there’s hope and it’s just the trailer inspires little to nothing in me.
Also they have Rick & Morty writers Sarah Carbiener and Erica Rosbe working the scripts for them. And some Terry Crews goodness going on. Good Game premieres on YouTube Red August 30 this year.
