Criminal Minds guest actor charged in stealing $60G from former Criminal Minds star Shemar Moore

Criminal Minds

When it rain it pours, or at least it does when we talk about Criminal Minds. Just a few hours ago we reported on star Thomas Gibson being fired from the long running series for an on-set altercation, and now another former star is making news. Former star Shemar Moore is at the center of some media attention, but it’s not what you may think.

During July (a rough month for the series!) a former guest actor from Criminal Minds reached a plea bargain and was sentenced this Wednesday on charges that he stole over $60,000 from Moore and the company he runs. Guest actor Keith Tisdall appeared on two episodes of the show and become friends with Moore during the experience which led to they’re partnering.

Tisdall went on to became involved with “Baby Girl LLC” a retail company run by Moore which gives a portion of all sales to the national Multiple Sclerosis Society. It sounds like a lovely organization, but Tisdall ended up not being the best person to team up with. The Criminal Minds guest actor was arrested back in January on suspicion of embezzlement to the tune of $60,000 and grand theft.

Tisdall was sentenced to probation and a paltry 45 days of CalTrans labor for his part in being a douche bag. Question: Does LA usually sentence people to CalTrans duty? It makes sense as nothing ever gets done out there on the freeways. It should also be noted that Tisdall will have to pay back all the money taken or he will wind up behind bars.
