Shooting on the live-action adaptation of the much-loved anime and manga Fullmetal Alchemist has finished up. In honor of that, the studio has released the first trailer for the film.

The movie is a Japanese production that features an all Asian cast, but the setting of the film is in Europe keeping in line with both the anime and manga.

That being said, the director has stated that the race of the characters in this world isn’t something addressed since this is just how the world in the film look/works.
