They did not save your life. They stole it.
The Super Bowl is this weekend and that means a gaggle of commercials. This year there are plenty of one that don’t seem to fit the big game, but I’m okay with that.
The above spot is for Ghost in the Shell, my most anticipated film of the year, and while it’s on a scant thirty-seconds, it shows off a bit of new footage.
- We get out first clear look at Section 9 landing in the midst of some sort of mission
- The tank that Motoko fights at the end of the anime
- Motoko’s face being removed as she talks with the films baddie
It’s a short clip, but it’s more than enough to get me excited for the film. They seem to be doing everything right so far in capturing the look and feel of the anime series.
