It’s weird how the world works sometimes. Over the past several months I’ve been on a XIII kick in one way or another. I’ve mentioned it in articles, I picked up the game for the Xbox and I’ve mentioned that the game needs a remake, or at the very least and HD update. Oh, and I found out that my parents binge-watched the TV series.
Now, the team at Microids and PlayMagic have announced that the super unique game is getting a remake for modern consoles. They also released a really cool teaser trailer with some heavy James Bond themes.
“We aim to craft the finest adventure for players and XIII is definitely in line with our publishing strategy,” said Francois Coulon, head of production at publisher Microids.
“Our goal is to bring XIII’s compelling story to a new generation of players with the best possible graphics and animations.”
