The “Cataclysm” is over, and the new heroes of ‘Skara’ have been forged with it

SKARA – The Blade Remains has just released Patch 0.7.2 for its Free-to-Play Open Alpha that you all should be checking out. This third person melee action game has been developed for the last four years by a small team based in Barcelona and promises a challenging and furious gameplay with an innovative approach to Lore and player engagement.

The first Skara global event, called “Cataclysm”, had its fruits: the best players were promoted among the studio media and now they are heroes of the Skara World, with their own stories in the Skara Wiki. It’s all a really neat idea and was a huge incentive to get playing and learning the game.

“Players loved the three day event with some of them spending over 50 hours competing for the top places. As promised, we are now featuring the best players in Skara Lore, a unique approach to community building that players find very rewarding”, explains Cesar, Executive Producer & CFO of SKARA.

The fate of these heroes is completely determined by their actions, as other players can overcome them and gain the glory that they deserve. A story from the players to the players.

But, just in case you don´t remember what this game is about, Skara – The Blade Remains is a Free-to-Play competitive team-based melee combat game for up to 10 players set in a fantasy world.
