Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Glitch Lets Players Crouch Run At Stupid Speed

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4

Gotta go fast!

If you want  to be a big, stinky cheater in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, it’s possible. The glitch du jour right now allows you to roll around at the speed of sound in a crouch. Which, naturally, makes you really hard to hit.

The glitch, essentially, allows you to stack perks; the perk of choice being one that lets you move a little faster in a crouched state. Which in turn, once stacked, lets you zip around at 100mph in a crouched state like a murderous idiot.

To actually activate the glitch requires numerous steps. You need to jump in and out of custom lobbies, set up a special custom class, use specific equipment, and complete a number of in-game actions. But at the end, you get to live out your Shadow the Hedgehog Coldsteel the Hedgeheg dreams.

Naturally, Treyarch doesn’t approve of it, and they’ll let you know if they catch you. First offense nets you a temporary suspension, as well as a reset to your stats, emblems, paint jobs, and leaderboard entries, as well as blocking you from online splitscreen coop in the future. And if you don’t stop after that, a permaban lies in your future.

According to Treyarch, an update is on the way to fix this little loophole. That said, it might be a good idea to keep your nose clean, anyway.
