Best Buy Limiting In-Store Customers to 10-15 At a Time

Best Buy

The coronavirus is wreaking havoc and Best Buy is taking precautions by limiting customers inside its stores to 10 to 15 at any given time beginning on March 23.

This move comes after a Vice news report raised concerns that the company’s stores were at risk of spreading the virus to customers and employees.

Other major retailers are shuttering or making adjustments as the virus guidelines continue to evolve. Apple has already closed its retail stores in response to the outbreak. Like with many retailers, curbside pickup will continue to be available if you order anything online.

“We are making the best decisions we can with two goals in mind: protecting employees, customers and their respective families, while trying our best to serve the millions of Americans who rely on us for increasingly vital technology that keeps them connected to their school and work, and for the appliances necessary to help them store and prepare food,” the company said in a statement.
