Take-Two Interactive, Electronic Arts and Activision Blizzard have all expressed interest in buying the division
AT&T is currently in talks to sell of their Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment gaming division. The move could fetch the company some $4 billion, according to those familiar with the ongoing talks.
A number of publishers including Take-Two, EA, and Activision Blizzard have expressed interest in picking up the division. Any deal would likely involve a licensing deal that would allow AT&T to reap revenue from their Warner-owned IPs.
The move comes as AT&YT is looking to divest its assets in an attempt to deal with nearly $200 billion in debt.
