“War. War never changes.”
It seems that we are once again going back to the wastes as we are anticipating a Fallout 4 announcement this Wednesday June 3rd from Bethesda. No official world on the game, or its setting (it could be a side-story like New Vegas for all we know), but Bethesda Game Studios are teasing the following via their twitter:

Fans will know that image as the loading screen that players saw during their adventures in Fallout 3 and in New Vegas. While this doesn’t mean anything on its own, the loading screen hints that a big reveal for the franchise is coming tomorrow.
Another thing to note is that if you head over to the website fallout.bethsoft.com you will get a page with an animated version of the loading screen tweet that the studio posted. Below that image you can also find a countdown timer that is ticking away to 10am on Wednesday.
It would make sense for a huge Fallout 4 reveal as E3 is only two-weeks away. If so, you can bet that we will be at the booth to report on all things Fallout. We will see you back here tomorrow for all the reveal details.
