Amazon Driver Craps in Customer’s Driveway

A man in Sacramento, California got more than he ordered from Amazon. Nemy Bautista arrived home on Tuesday to find a large pile of human feces in his driveway. After reviewing his security camera footage, he came to the realization that the Amazon driver that delivered his package that day did some more delivering in his driveway.

The driver’s supervisor actually had to come out and inspect it. As Bautista himself stated:

He was in shock when we saw the size of “it” […] He ended up scooping it up with a plastic bag, but didn’t want to take it with him (it smelled really bad).

Furthermore, he stated:

The garbage can will smell like shit for the next few days.

And finally:

I also had to hose down the gutter/sidewalk area after [the supervisor] left.

Amazon has already fired the driver, for obvious reasons. They also released an official statement:

This does not reflect the high standards we have for delivery service providers. This individual is no longer delivering Amazon packages and we’re in direct communication with the customer.

Bautista got a gift card from the online retail giant for having to put up with this shitshow. He is, on the other hand, somewhat more concerned about the hygienic state of the packages delivered after his.
