Clay Martin is a legend in the world of Adult Swim. His story goes back before the block even came into existence as the voice of Zorak and Moltar on Space Ghost Coast to Coast, The Brak Show, and Cartoon Planet. Martin also served as animator for TNT before moving over to Cartoon Network to help rebrand the network.
“I shiver with power. I ache with disease. I am Batmantis!” – Zorak
How would eventually end up voicing several characters on Space Ghost Coast to Coast and other early Adult Swim shows. But Space Ghost was his claim to fame and would end up serving as the template for the Adult Swim programming block that is still on the air today. Martin is credited with the idea of having Space Ghost villains join the show and cause Mr. Ghost constant grief.

Martin would also establish himself as Dr. Weird on Aqua Teen Hunger Force. A talented animator and voice actor, Martin will be missed and his loss is already being felt across the Adult Swim world.
