Amazon Starts Black Friday Early With Big Deals Starting 11/21/14

Black Friday

It seems that Amazon is starting the Black Friday festivities a fair bit early this year, and by early I mean tomorrow (Friday November 21st). The online shopping behemoth will be starting their 8 day holiday sale window tomorrow and will feature new deal every 10 minutes. You can expect to see a multitude of deals on some pretty expensive items, but be ready for some long nights. You may want to use the sale period to buy yourself a new mouse with all the refreshing you’ll be doing. If you are already an Amazon Prime member you’ll have priority access to their Lighting Deals 30 minutes early.

Amazon vice president, Steve Shure had this to say about Amazon’s holiday deals.

“Our customers are redefining Black Friday shopping… They want to stay home with family, enjoy some turkey and football and shop the hottest deals from their phone, tablet or PC.”

I can’t fault him for that, as I haven’t been out in the mess that is Black Friday for a number of years now thanks to the rise in online shopping. This is all well and good, but I hear here so screaming at me to get to the deals that will be available. Of course, we won’t know the entire list until the sales go live as Amazon doesn’t want to show their entire hand, but these are just a few things you can expect to find if you are quick enough.

Also, remember that Walmart has announced it will price match anything that Amazon has during its sales period. I’m not sure how easy this process will be as Walmart has already changed its policy in the wake of fake ads and the Sears.com pricing glitch. We shall see as this years Black Friday begins tomorrow.
