Not a whole lot to report here, other than some very cool actors joining the awesome-sounding project of a very talented filmmaker. The cast list has been announced for Quentin Tarantino’s The Hateful Eight, and Variety has the breakdown:

Kurt Russell as John “The Hangman” Ruth

Jennifer Jason Leigh as Daisy Domergue

Walton Goggins as Chris Mannix

Demian Bichir as Bob

Tim Roth as Oswaldo Mobray

Michael Madsen as Joe Gage

Brue Dern as General Sanford Smithers

Also joining the cast is Channing Tatum in an unspecified role. The Hateful Eight begins filming next month in Colorado.
