A new trailer dropped that finally gives the goods on RoboCop taking on the Terminator in the upcoming Mortal Kombat 11 Aftermath add-on. I’m not super excited about continuing the insane story but I’m all for the interaction between these two characters.

I’m old enough to remember the actual RoboCop vs Terminator game that released on Genesis and Super Nintendo. It was fun for the time, which is code for being really hard and sorta jank. Still, it was the dream match-up that kids around the world wanted.

While I don’t think we’ll ever get a true RoboCop vs Terminator film this is the next best thing, especially since both original actors are back in the roles providing voices. This really is a match-up that can only happen in video games.

The Mortal Kombat: Aftermath DLC will be available on console and PC May 26. Now I’m tempted to drop the cash on the expansion.
