Surprisingly good lot.
Like everywhere else, Google Play has their own set of Black Friday deals. And some of them are pretty dang good, yo. I’ll give you my picks below:
Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions – $3.59 (Normally $11.99)
Number one with a bullet for me is definitely Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions. This is the phone port of the enhanced PSP version of Final Fantasy Tactics, which just so happens to be one of my favorite games of all time. And it also happens to be the only Square Enix game that ever seems to go on sale, and is certainly the only one on sale for Black Friday. Getting this game for less than $4 is an almost unimaginable boon. Buy it!
Evoland II – $0.99 (Normally $6.99)
Evoland II is a full-featured action RPG that not only crosses visual styles, but genres. Grab a controller for your phone for it, though, since it’s sort of built with one in mind. Still, $1 is a great deal for it.
Don’t Starve: Pocket Edition – $0.99 (Normally $4.99)
Don’t Starve was a pretty big hit in that survival genre. Getting it for $1 is pretty good to boot.
Dungeon Maker – $0.99 (Normally $2.99)
This is a Tower Defense game, with a bit of tabletop flavor tossed in. $1 is the king of deals.
Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic – $2.99 (Normally $9.99)
Probably one of the few times I will ever suggest buying something technically owned by EA nowadays. Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic is one of the best Star Wars games ever made. And for $3, it’s practically a steal. I’d say it’s worth it just to tell Carth to screw himself by forcing him to fight in his underoos.
The best part of these Google Play deals, though? They’re on right now! So get at ’em!
